“I am a teacher in NY, which means I am required to get a Masters Degree. The BU MM in Music Education program was so eye-opening for how teaching music should be, and how I can involve my students more in their learning. I feel more prepared to teach my students more critically.”
“The program has helped me grow a lot as a teacher and as a scholar. I feel much more confident in my academic writing and in my ability to defend my teaching philosophies. The program has given me a whole new approach to my work, as well as validated some of my previous choices for our music program. I really would recommend this to music educators who are looking to expand their horizons and push themselves.”
